As long as it remains whites that control all statistics about black people, they will always present us with black racially devaluing disinformation about ourselves. It’s a psychological warfare program. Because to control our people, you must first make them ashamed of themselves and their culture. The more ashamed, the more compliant blacks become with white dominance over their lives. February 3, 1903 two years after John B. Knox discovered how to still keep blacks in slavery by duplicating his own law in the states, Jack Johnson a black man who was incarcerated invented the world’s first wrench and the white man came right behind him and named it “monkey wrench” a term they still use loosely today; “monkey”.

Blacks are violent, no the world is violent. They just find a way to blame the blacks when in reality they print up billions of dollars to find violent wars, but won’t give a “free” cent to educate our people, or feed the homeless. You do the math, who is the real lawbreaker? America is built on “blood”.

Cruel and unusual is one of the best descriptions to describe Holman Prison, where they place “Real Human Beings”.

With over 85 to 90 % of Holman’s death row inmates lacking the intent of the crimes accused of, or just righteously innocent; that’s cruel enough. Having to witness your friend and /or fellow inmate is cruelly applied as well to this death tactic scheme, when you see them rehabilitated. Being walked to that death chamber with no return; that’s cruel. Also it’s an intent to kill when you know beyond reasonable doubt that the court sees the issues in such cases “but”, you also have cruel officers and captains in position whom you cannot tell if they are in actions, too, are cruel and unusual to the inmates.

Death Sentence:

“Death Sentence is authorized ONLY if the defendant has some SPECIFIC intent to kill the victim. Bankhead v. State, 585 So. 2.d 97 (Ala Crim. App. 1989), aff’d – 585 So. 2.d 112 (Ala1991).

Example of such murder:

Ron Smith’s execution was not just a botched execution, it was a murder! Captain F. intentionally waved “Bye-Bye” to the inmate on his visiting day before the execution even began. During the process of consciousness test was given, which Captain F. gave of one of the two captains – saying inmate Ron Smith was unconscious. Witnesses saw along with others, Ron Smith choked and coughed. Also he clinched his fist.

Now question is, since the execution drug doesn’t work – why did the state allow this to proceed and why did Captain F. intentionally carry out the murder of Ron Smith?
